It was Thomas Edison’s ‘Tenacity and Inspiration’ that eventually lead me to the discovery of the Missing Ingredients that lead me to Discover the Missing Ingredient(s) to this elusive ‘Four-Thousand Year Old’ technology. The missing ‘Ingredient(s)’ that has eluded the world’s Scientists, was accidentally discovered by the use of (#) which was Thomas Edison’s Discovery that brought the incandescent light bulb to the World and when asked about it Mr. Edison said, “I didn’t fail but what I did find, was thousands of ways not to make a light bulb of which only one needed way to make it work.”
Thomas Edison did not actually discover the Light Bulb (Vacuum Tube) but what he did discover, was the single Filament that lasted for more than a few seconds. Ag/Cu (Silver/Copper) Ionization is not a New Discovery however, this process dates back well over 4,000-years ago. What is New about this Science, was the Discovery of making the Process of Ionization 'Last' for a longer period of time (and in our case, over 12-months) without the need for an external power source.
Our AquaSmarter 'Submersible' Ionization Process for Water Treatment and should not to be confused with common Household Air Ionizers, requires the Production of 'Positively Charged' (Silver/Copper) Ions to be Effective in Controlling the Growth of Bacteria and Viruses. Our ‘AquaSmarter Ionizing Capsules’ produces Positively Charged Ions or ‘Cation’ as opposed to utilizing a Negatively charged Ion or ‘Anion’ which causes the outermost atoms produced by Galvanic Action, to lose an electron thus becoming a ‘Positively Charged Ion’. The Disinfection Process generated by our AquaSmarter Submersible Ionizing Capsules, takes place when Positively Charged ‘Copper and Silver Ions’, forms an Electrostatic Bond which charges the cell walls of the Micro-organism with a Negative Charge. The electrostatic bond causes stresses of the Micro-organism, causing a distorted cell wall Permeability thus minimizing the normal intake of Life Sustaining Nutrients. Once inside the Cell, ‘Positively Charged’ Copper and Silver Ions attack the Sulfur Containing Amino Acid Residues inside the proteins which produce Photosynthesis (the process of converting light into usable food and energy). As a result, the Photosynthesis Process is then blocked and consequently lead to Cell Lysis and eventually death. If the algae cell manages to survive, the reproduction process is consequently hampered by the presence of the ‘Positively Charged’ Copper Ions and the spread of the Micro-organism is Suspended. The Micro-organism is then eliminated, rather than suppressed.

Our ‘Newest Gen-4 Ionizing Capsules are process with a Special "Charging-Process" is a primary reason for the Success of our Technology and when not implemented, simply relying on Copper will not propagate the continual production of Cu++ Ionization.
The 'maximum' Silver Saturation produced from our Capsules is less than 0.004 which is probably why most Laboratories who do test for Silver Compound, will not appear in their testing. Trace elements are mostly undetectable unless tested by using highly sophisticated instruments.
Science has found that Copper alone does not produce prolonged ionization output however, the main component of our Patented Coil Compound contains trace minerals of Silver-Copper-Zinc-Carbon-Palladium-Titanium and Nickel. Additionally, there are depending on the application, different amounts of trace elements consisting of Silver, Carbon, Zinc and Palladium. One of these trace-elements form a bond and prevents the formation of 'Copper Oxide' which without, will quickly inhibit the production of ionization. Several other small amounts of trace elements which consists of Palladium for example, 'boosts' ionization output where as zinc, regulates and prevents excessive Copper Saturation.
To better understand the composition and importance of these trace elements, I've outlined their comparative relationship of this Technology, both with and without these trace elements as shown in these photographs. Keep in mind that the components that are contained inside our Patented Capsules, were specially Designed to bring all of these components to 'Life'.
Copper and oxygen react in water to produce copper oxide however, this (new) process has Proven to inhibit the formation of Copper Oxide. Our Special Charging Process prevents the adhesion of carbonate scale (i.e. Copper Oxide) to the copper but does allow the leaching to continue unhindered.
Unlike our Newest Generation-4 BluGenie 'Super-Ionizing' Capsules, our (discontinued) Gen-3 Capsules contain a Pressed Coil-Component and will form a COPPER OXIDE (green) COATING also known as 'CARBONATE SCALE' over the Minerals inside these Capsules which Completely Inhibits the production of Ionization. As you'll see from the following photos (below), after being used for 12-months, the Contents of the Gen-3 Capsules show very little Ion Production (Ionization Exchange Depletion).
Without utilizing our Special Charging-Process, within a few days, a 'Greenish' Carbonate Scale will begin to form as compared to our 'Coated' Coil in which the amount of Ionization from the Non-Coated Coil, quickly decreases. This clearly suggests that our ‘Charging-Process’ allows for water to conduct a continuous reaction with Copper and to maintain 'copper leaching' for an extended period of time. The result is that this Process inhibits the formation of Carbonate Scale for more than 1-year. These photographs also shows our AquaSmarter Coil that has been submerged in water for just over 1-year. You will also see from these photographs how our Special Charging-Process' has prevented the formation of Carbonate Scale. You'll see the difference between these two coils which after being submersed in water for just over 1-year, the ‘smaller’ Coil on the Right (Coated Coil), has dissolved itself by over 50% and the other (non-Coated Coil) shows very little erosion.
After testing this process for over 2-years and according to an independent Laboratory, the results from using our Special "Charging-Process", has maintained this Neutral pH Test Environment free from Algae and Bacteria during a 24-month Period.
